It is beautifully written, dripping with lore and religious undertones that tie in so seamlessly with Castiel's character. It dives deep in to his 'otherness' and how it affects his relationship with the brothers. It heavily includes Castiel's (kickass) trie form AND we get stories about Castiel's life and relationships before Sam and Dean.

This story frames Castiel's vastness and power and beauty and then his subsequent loss of all those things for two humans with the promise of potentially getting some of it back.

Honestly this is the best fic I have read since Flight by NorthernSparrow. If you liked tho, go read this right freaking now.
