why doesn’t he burn??

I mean, with that skin of his, shouldn’t he burn? I guess when you’re the son of the sun god, it doesn’t matter what color your skin is. He doesn’t burn

he doesn’t really know what you do at the beach. At first, he thought there were mobs to battle

but he’ll follow your lead and build sand castles or whatever in the sand

of course, he picks it up so fast, he’s built a palace while you’re still trying to get a tower to stand

he might try to knock it down when he sees you pouting over how good his castle is, but you refuse and tell him it’s a masterpiece

also, sunglasses on this boy are perfect

he’s also totally fine with just messing around in the ocean, but out of all the things he could learn fast, splashing people isn’t one of them

rather, he’s the one getting splashed. especially by Arjuna, the Archer master of sneak attack splashes

he has literally no idea what to do with a pool noodle or pool floats. he’d watch them float by if you didn’t tell him that he’s supposed to mess with those too

also, he’s the guy who brings the beach umbrella and sunscreen when everyone else forgets to, even though he definitely doesn’t need it

Arjuna ~ Family

please don’t blame him for not knowing what he’s doing. he doesn’t

he’ll be stuck between wanting to spoil his children (and you for that matter) and being a strict-ish parent

he may try to refrain from overly showering you with affection in front of the kids, but you can’t help but give him a kiss or two in front of the kids

he’s definitely going to try to get a bow in your kids’ hands as soon as he can, but it’ll be a while before they can actually shoot the thing

it’ll take a while for him to get used to Karna being an uncle

he raises the kids to be high achieving children he can be proud of

well, he’ll always be proud of them

it’s really cute seeing Arjuna tell stories to the kids because they’re so fascinated by the tales he tells, when half of them are the better scenes of the Mahabharata, and the rest are the stories of missions with you

but hey, at least you get to contribute a little to the stories, because bedtime storytelling is reserved for Arjuna

Karna ~ Best Friend

“Heyo-Chal-Deluxe” is your standard greeting

along with a ridiculously complicated handshake that you made

he never forgets your birthday, and he’ll always have something for you for your birthday

he’s really good at listening and giving advice, but that’s probably not necessary when you’re just ranting to him most of the time “the gacha is too cruel but how did I get someone as nice as you”

he still doesn’t really get your sarcasm, but at this point, he’s used to all the weird hyperboles you say

he will get literally any of your favorite things when you two happen to be there, i.e. your favorite BLT at that one BLT place

he’s so dependable, it’s unbelievable

if you text him at three in the morning, he will respond

he’s also really smart, like whoa, since when did you know calculus

Arjuna ~ Affection

feelings aren’t really his sort of thing, but somehow he’ll manage

heck, he’s not even used to human contact. how’s he going to show his affection?

first off, you’re going to have to explicitly permit him to touch you

you’ll probably be the first person to make a move

just take his hand. eventually, he’ll do the same to you

once he gets used to this touchy feelings thing, he’ll run his hands through your hair absentmindedly when it’s just the two of you together, smoothing your hair out and teasing the tangles out of your hair

his touch is always gentle and warm

he won’t express his affection for you verbally most of the time because words are hard too

but his actions definitely show how much he loves you

Karna ~ Scent

Karna is one for herbal scents: peppermint, lavender, rosemary, etc.

he finds them soothing

he also likes the smell of air after rain and the smell of many different flowers

gardens are one of his favorite places to go

as for Karna’s scent, he doesn’t really have on

he tries to keep himself clean and neutral

but after fighting cough his extra attack, he might have the faintest smell of being burnt, despite nothing being on fire

he won’t see anything wrong with you having a spoon sticking out of your mouth, except for the fact that you can’t really talk with a spoon in your mouth

at least, until Emiya starts screaming at you to take it out and use it properly

Karna

“Is that a spoon in your mouth, Master?”

like Arjuna, he doesn’t really know that having a spoon sticking out of your mouth might be a slight danger to you

well, that’s until Emiya starts screaming at you to take it out of your mouth and scolding you on the proper use of a spoon

if you managed to get away with it long enough, Karna might end up joining you

Emiya

he will just walk up to you, open your mouth, and rip the spoon out of your mouth

be ready for a lot of screaming and scolding

Shiki (saber)

she’ll be slightly confused as to why you have a spoon in your mouth

all she’ll do is warn you that that might be slightly dangerous, but won’t do anything about it

she might ask the other Servants if having a spoon in your mouth is a sign for anything
