Karna, the Hero of Charity, was at a loss when an enemy managed to sneak up on you and caught you unaware as he fought off most of the hoard. The fear that seized his heart when it opened its gaping maw to what he thought would be a deadly attack almost paralyzed him with fear, but he persevered.

Sadly, he’d been too far away to prevent its move, but luckily it only seemed to secrete some sort of pollen into the air around you before he managed to strike it down.

“Take as much as you need or want, my Master. My body is yours to take”

The hero lied back upon your bed as you shook, writhed, and twisted your hips as you impaled yourself on his cock. He could only watch with undisguised awe and flushed cheeks at the way your body bounced and jiggled as you used his body to your heart’s content.

There is not much he can do but place his slender hands upon the meat of your hips, relishing the way your plush flesh was so pliant, so soft beneath his grip.

karna expected the usual when he was first summoned by you.

to be treated like a tool, a means to an end, a servant and nothing more. built to serve and built to die and come back again. he was used to it at this point.

he cut off useless feelings ー things like kindness or pity would not help him in bloodshed and war ー and focused all his efforts on being a useful, powerful servant. someone who would make you fearsome just by standing by your side.

and he got what he expected, yes, but then he got.. something more.

he was a servant, but you treated him like... you treated him like an old friend. like you cared for and loved him, showed him kindness and smiled at him the same way you would towards mash and da vinci, who've known you longer than him. you put all your faith and trust in him, treasured him like no other.

you fussed over injuries he gained and told him, time and time and time again, firm yet gentle and kind, to be more careful.

he was a servant, but you made him feel like something more. made him feel things he'd never felt before, filled him with a warm, fuzzy feeling that buzzed around his stomach and his heart beat just a little bit faster.

he remembers how coldly he used to regard you. how he brushed off your efforts, found things you tried to do with him boring (but he was always quick to assure you that no master. it isn't you. it's my fault. sorry).

now his heart fluttered and lodged itself in his throat when he tried to talk to you, now he rushed to your side in every battle at practically any sign of danger, now he actively sought out your touch, your voice, your warmth, your smile.

karna may not yet entirely understand these feelings you give him, but he knows that he isn't averse to them, knows that he adores you.

you are his beloved master. nothing in the world and beyond would ever change that.

Your lips are pursed in a pout, the current game of chance taking every ounce of your wit out of you. What would be the best move now? Call it? Raise? Fold? Your own cards are nothing to write home about and your poker face is slipping more every second as you ponder what your next move should be.

Your pointer finger is tapping on your chin while in the other hand you hold the cards. You are so focused on the cards that you don't notice a presence near you. Only when a warm hand grabs the hand resting on your cheek before replacing it with a pair of soft lips you jerk out of your trance. Your attention finally moving away from the cards, your own eyes meeting sea green ones. 

"Karna!"

The Lancer only blinks at your exclamation of his name, like he didn't steal a kiss from you. While the question of 'why' still lingers on your mind, yet you aren’t particularly fussed. Just a bit flustered, not to mention the sudden attention of the other casino patrons caused you to lose focus on the card game you are currently playing.

"Just what do you think you are doing?"

It isn't a question that leaves your mouth, but rather Karna’s brother, Arjuna is standing nearby. And he is looking particularly vexed. 

Karna doesn’t seem to have any kind of reaction towards his brother. Yet as the lancer releases your hand in favor of wrapping his arm around you, turning you ever so slightly. Making you face away from the table, and the current game you are probably losing, to face Arjuna.

The Archer raises a brow and his scowl deepens as Karna moves behind you. Holding you close while he rests his chin on top of your head. Like are some kind of glorified personal plush. Arjuna huffs, his own game of chance long forgotten. You are much more than that, you are his master.

Other than delaying the current you are playing, your position as a metherorical shield for Karna from Arjuna is also drawing more and more attention from the other guests of the casino. And you briefly wonder if the security had the guts to intervene.

"Ganesha said a kiss would bring good luck to ones playing, so she suggested I'd bring luck to Master, as she was obviously struggling"

You are slightly annoyed that your struggle with the game was so obvious, but your hackles rise even more as you see Ganesha visibly enjoying your current predicament.

You would need to have a talk with her about pulling these shenanigans in public. It is one thing to push the limits of the brothers' affection for you within the walls of the Wandering Sea. It is a whole other thing to try and goad them in public.

As far as 'in public' went in a Singularity.

But we digress.

While you are focused on Arjuna as he makes his way towards both you and Karna. You can feel the burn of the command seals warm on the back of your hand, ready to be used if the situation gets out of hand. As your focus is on Arjuna, you notice the blur in of the corner of your eye a little too late. Honestly how you manage to survive with so little awareness is a miracle in itself.

Arjunas' alternate version, a Berserker, a god turned human, cuts through the tension and claims your attention for himself as he presses a kiss over your lips. Holding your chin tenderly to tilt your head up for the brief kiss.

Just a fleeting touch of his lips over yours before that warmth is gone. You didn't even have time to close your eyes.

"If it is for master, why not do it properly?"

The Berserker opts, after putting a more intimate claim on you than his brother did.

Dark eyes gaze into your own, and a soft smile is resting on those lovely lips of the man before you. Maybe it is because he knows how lonely divinity is, the Berserker doesn't shy away from indulging himself in experiences, from indulging himself in you.

For that brief moment you forget you are still in the middle of a game. You are brought back by Karna's grip on your thighs tightening ever so slightly and the soft drawl of "oh?" from the Lancer's lips.

Your brain is desperately trying to catch up to what is happening. Yet when Arjuna is finally close enough to push the Berserker away, you react the only way your slightly muddled horny brain knows.

Karna lips crook upward in something akin to a smirk as the Lancer relinquishes his hold on you ever so slightly.

Just enough for your greedy hands to grab the white silk tie on his brother's neck. Arjuna doesn't stand a chance, not when it is you. 

He is greedy, he is jealous and he is selfish. None of the qualities befitting a hero, at least in his mind.

Trying to say it is his 'other' self that moves towards you when you tug on his tie would be a blatant lie. Arjuna lets himself be dragged in your orbit, his Berserker counterpart long forgotten.

Arjuna smriks as you stand on your tiptoes just to reach his height. His focus zeroing on your movements, letting you guide and direct him for a change.

Why not go three for three while you are at it? And so your lips crash against his.

Arjuna hands weave themselves in the strands of your hair. His fingernails scraping against your scalp before gripping the the strands of your hair and pulling.

He adjust your head and the intensity of the kiss to his liking. Not hesitating for a moment to conquer your mouth with his tongue.

You can feel Karna chuckling behind you and you feel his hand dipping lower. There is a pull inside your mind, a trickle of a thought, that it might not be such a good idea to let this continue. And so you remember where you are and how publicly the brothers are ready to ravish you.

With all the strength you have in your body you detach yourself from the Archer before you. And the Archer had the gall to chuckle, enjoying the flush of your cheeks.

All because of his kiss.

"Can all of you please calm down now?"

You asks after taking a deep breath, ignoring the warm feeling in your belly as the clear string of spit between you and Arjuna breaks with the movement of your lips.

Yet it would seem your actions only fueled the fire. Arjuna smirks, gently cradling your hand that is still resting on his face. You find it difficult to swallow as the man before you looks like he could devour you on the spot.

"Let us move to a more private setting then"

Nobody even lifted a finger or tried to intervene as Arjuna led you away from the casino floor, both his alternate version and his brother following close behind.

Yet you can swear you hear Ganesha cackling in the background.

Loving Karna simultaneously breaks your heart and heals it in a single moment. Benefiting his title of The Hero of Charity, he is a selfless lover. Sometimes, you think that he would pluck out his very heart for you if you so asked.

No matter what you do, he would never breath a word against it. You never know if you cross a boundary because with him, there are no boundaries. And this breaks your heart. Because what if he actually dislikes it? What if you are making him uncomfortable? What if he finds you annoying?

Some days, when these thoughts are all that you can think of, you distance yourself from him. Even in those days, he never reaches for you first. He waits, as patient as Griselda, for you to come back to him.

That’s why, moments like these warm your heart the most. They show you that he doesn’t date you simply because you confessed, but because he too wants your company.

Servants do not need to sleep, but sometimes, you would wake up to Karna cuddling you. He holds you close to him, yet so achingly gentle as if you are the most precious treasure in the world. (To him, you are the only thing he would not give up, even if someone asked it of him.)

You should get up, if only to answer nature’s call, but you don’t wish to. How can you, when it’s a rare moment of Karna being selfish? So instead, you admire his face, so rarely peaceful and content, as if he has been freed of all and any burdens.

As if sensing that you are awake and might leave his embrace, his arms tighten around you. Your heart soars at the simple action, for it tells you that he wants you as much as you do him. You hope that one day, he would reach for you even when he is awake.

I’m terrible at romantic stuff but I still try every once in a while. This one was written while listening to Familiar by Agnes Obel from the Dark soundtrack. Man, I just love the Dark soundtrack.

From the moment Karna opened his eyes in Chaldea, you were in love. But this was a warrior and tool, not a lover, so you quickly tucked your feelings away.
