Do you have advice for vegans that want to workout? I'm a trans male trying to find ways to ease body dysphoria + get back into physical activity because my body has gotten very weak since my hiatus from sports. I know it'd probably help if I could eat meat but I can't due to disordered eating/food intolerances.
i sadly dont know anything about vegan nutrition :(( im sure there are vegan protein shakes? and i know lenny and larry has a vegan protein cookie? sorry i cant be of more help :(
