Our 1st three day women’s retreat was a heartfelt experience in the middle of a lovely and lush retreat center- #kashiashram in Sebastian Florida. We were a group of 15 lovely yoginis, practicing self care together! Thank you for holding the space for yourselves and each other! It was truly amazing!
