let me assure you, SEC filings are the most tedious literary form on Satoshi's brown earth. one of the reasons warren buffett is such a successful investor is that he reads 10-Ks like you or i read tumblr.
this will never be me. I think i was astral travelling 40 pages into Kodak's 2017 10-K, which is 111 pages
so anyway, there's a bit on KodakCoin. Their deal with WENN is over one year then three years, so I can see how they had a hold on what WENN were allowed to do with the name "KodakCoin".
I fell down a rabbit hole tho when I realised there were zero SEC filings mentioning Kodak KashMiner or associated companies!
this was their idiot plan to rent mining on rebranded Antminer S9 rigs. the leaflet promises were flatly fraudulent.
and curiously, there has been zero information since the January burst of media hype.
so I started tracing that shit
and I think I found the guy responsible, but I won't post about it until I've given them a call on Monday and asked "dudes, wtf"
that was my day thank you. yes, all of it. eight or nine fucking hours of tedious legwork, with questionable usefulness. i thought journalism was an alternative to working for a living.
