Listen... Let me Know is by no means a bad song. But for Perfume’s standards the ball was dropped and kicked across the damn field. I will NEVER forget the moment I first heard 1mm. That live drum opening, that nice syncopation with the staccatoed synths. That song was honestly the height of their futuristic sound. Listening to Level 3 or honestly any other Perfume song and then hearing 1mm is like BAM they did it, they found it, and they ran with it. But Let Me Know... Girl... Yall keep chasing shit that’s been tired and REtired for at least 4 years now.
