Vegan Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Basmati Rice
1/3 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
7 Cups Almond Milk
1 Pinch Sea Salt
“Patience is a virtue” and with it produced this delicious Rice Pudding!
Rinse off rice with water to start. Then in a medium sauce pan add sugar, vanilla, sea salt and 1 cup almond milk. Cook over Low heat and stir occasionally until milk is absorbed. Gradually add 5 cups of almond milk ½ cup at a time, let the milk absorb before adding more.
After 25 minutes Let cool and stir in last cup of of milk. Let cool and serve topped with berries, cinnamon or whatever your heart desires. Enjoy :)
