I know that I'm getting into assassin's creed Odyssey YEARS late but is anyone else pissed off about phoibe!!!! Like! Her fucking death WAS aspasia's fault! Aspasia sent a fucking twelve year old through a plague infested city into a cult house and THE GAME TREATS IT LIKE THIS WAS OK AND UNDERSTANDABLE ADULT BEHAVIOR! I GOT SO FUCKING MAD AT THAT! and you're not given any time to be angry at aspasia or grieve you immediately have to help her do fuck all and pretend like it's ok that she just killed your adopted daughter! What the fuck!!! I fucking hate male game developers!!! I fucking hate how anger and grief is never fucking addressed in these games!!! This is why your emotional "plot twists" never fucking pan out BECAUSE YOU NEVER LET THE PLAYER REBEL OR REVOLT AGAINST THE STORYLINE WHEN YOU HAVE LITERALLY SECONDS AGO SET UP A SCENE THAT SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE MAIN CHARACTER BROKEN. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR EMOTION, NO ROOM TO GRIEVE. SO YOUR STORY FEELS FAKE AND YOUR PLAYERS ARE LEFT ANGRY.
