Mount Chaambi that you can see from the city of Kasserine - and on the border with Algeria - was the major stronghold/hideout of jihadism at that time (June 2013) and later stage of tens of military slain, killed, attacked and heinous episode of violence. Grand ouf de soulagement, du côté du gouvernorat de Kasserine suite aux dernières intempéries.

En effet les dégâts ont été beaucoup moins nombreux que prévu, et l’infrastructure du gouvernorat n’a quasiment pas été touchée vue qu’elle est quasi inexistante. Ainsi l’autoroute reliant Kasserine à Gafsa a été épargnée, vu qu’elle n’a jamais été construite.
