they say first impressions are key when building a party I always just shake my head at the Party members in game like, you guys really want to follow the leadership of this one. This person. that's your leader. The homeless ex-pirate that smells like stale booze and depression. Kas definitely has....room for growth and improvement

maybe the lute can help knock those brain worms loose (in game Kas did end up keeping the lute Alfira offered, but has never used it.)
I just wanted an excuse to draw the adorable bard that we all seem to love, her design is just far too cute

so I got the Raphael introduction scene immediately after the Barn Encounter, (you know which one) so you can imagine after that obviously it'd be the overly suave chatterbox devil that would be what gave Kas the ick

to be fair, the only other time you've been witnessed using you skills involved crashing the ship
personally found it endearing that both of these party members had comments towards the sky on their first rest, and seeing as Kas themselves is also fairly entranced it would make for a bonding moment. Except then you remember that all of them have horrific social skills and emotional walls fall too tall
major shout out to @crocodiller for being so supportive about me continuing to post work! You all should really check out their Tav comic featuring an absolute dork of a cutie named Rowan (and a smaller shout-out to MisterCrowbar who's style of drawing backgrounds is what helped inspite/pinpoint my own work because otherwise I would have gone insane, I hate backgrounds. So. So much.)
