Sometimes I wonder(/worry) if katabasis has too much gore for the plot fans and too much plot for the gore fans. But I've come to the conclusion that "50 pages of characters trying to figure their shit out, followed by an oddly-detailed scene of a woman's guts seeing the light of day, and then back to figuring shit out" is just a really funny way to tell a story and I'm going to keep doing it
