They meet soon after Cora and Law move to Raftel (where everyone lives in this au), Law is an awkward teenager, barely 14, and Law doesn't like Katakuri at first, at all, he just started feeling safe and secure in his relationship with his adopted guardian and not only did they just move, now there's a guy trying to "take" his dad's attention and fime from him???? I think it's understandable that he feels rather threatened by Katakuri's reciprocated interest in Cora.

It takes A WHILE but Katakuri does end up winning Law over and assuring him that he isn't going to take Cora away, he's the one joining their family.

By the time the main story takes place Katakuri has moved in with Cora and Law and their relationship is so good that Law wants both of them to walk him down the ile.

Oh! And Brûlée is Law's favourite aunt.
