麻婆豆腐 かた焼きそば // CRISPY NOODLE MABO TOFU Didn’t realize exactly how crispy this was going to be! The thick sauce from the tofu does soak into the fried noodles, eventually turning them back into something vaguely resembling yakisoba texture... but still pretty crispy.

I want this really bad right now. not sure why.

"かた焼きそば" or (katai-yakisoba)　crunchy deep fried noodles with soup-ish saucy vegetables on top. if you use too much sauce though, the noodles get soggy, so because i don't like the noodles soggy, i tend to use less.

really though, its fucking delicious.
