Who would you cast as Cathy Earnshaw>
Adelaide Kane.
Liv Tyler.
Eve Green.
Kate McGrath.
Emmy Rossum.
Deva Cassel.
OP, how could you ever forget (tell me your pick for Cathy)???
In the wake of Wuthering Heights adaptation, which has come with...complicated opinions, to say the least, I thought Tumblr could choose a new actress.
Her description in the book is as such:
"Cathy is described as pretty, with, as Nelly says, "the bonniest eye" and "the sweetest smile." She has long locks of "beautiful" brown hair, as Heathcliff describes it...during Cathy's fatal illness, Nelly notes that Catherine is very frail, and has "a bloodless lip", an image which serves to augment the Gothic undertones of her final days; nevertheless, Nelly describes her in death as divine: "no angel in heaven looked as beautiful as her", and her countenance resembled "perfect peace".
These are just random actresses I picked in my mind when thinking the question over for the fun of it.
My favorite Casting part I 😍😍

Synopsis:
When Jules Daly's sister and brother-in-law are tragically killed in an accident, Jules Daly becomes guardian to her young niece Maddie and nephew Milo. On top of balancing the daily hysteria of becoming an overnight parent, Jules was recently laid off at work, her car is on the fritz, and the kids’ shenanigans have caused a dozen nannies to flee.
When an ominous knock on the door comes late one evening, Jules wonders, what now? At the door is Paisley Winterbottom, a proper English butler, with a curious invitation: a Christmas holiday with grandfather, Edward, the Duke of Castlebury Hall, who was absent from the kids’ lives, but wants to reconnect out of love for his late son. Jules initially wants to decline the trip, but her eventual acceptance makes for a magical season for everyone. Jules eventually catches the eye of the dashing Prince Ashton, and both of their lives begin to change in unexpected ways.
Featuring a faraway land, an enchanting romance, and the unbreakable bonds of family, this inspirational tal eis sure to become a new holiday tradition.
Me? Watching a more than one hour long epísode because Katie McGrath and having her less than 2 minutes on screen?
it's more likely than you think.
