self discovery is fun and all but there's nothing quite like self discovery while being deeply Known. because you'll say something a lil nervously like 'hey i think i want to go by they/them pronouns too' and instead of whatever worst case scenario your anxious mind can come up with just get hit with like 'ive been waiting for this' and a wayyy too delighted voice

      IT was around midnight and the full moon was out with its glow illuminating over the rose garden she sat in but even as it shone over her, there was no visage to be seen over her shadowed face ( in the end, this was what it meant to be a shadow ). She was currently relaxing in the courtyard, mindlessly stargazing as she thought over the events that had transpired recently. With having recently debuted and getting in the swing of living out her life in the estate, she found herself quite exhausted from being thrown into so many things at once. It was all well and good that her and Emilico managed to pass in the nick of time but there was no doubt in her mind that many more trials and tribulations would come their way. It was only a matter of when something would come their way. 

     So, that was why she was here; unable to sleep and felt as if it would be unproductive to be holed up in her room while she was wracking her brain over everything. She thought she’d be able to enjoy her peace and silence a bit while longer until suddenly, something rustled in the shrubs nearby. She quickly stood up with her guard now up, wondering if another shadow was watching her and the anxiety quickly became evident as soot began to rise from her head. “ W - who’s there ?! ” Even as brave as she tried to be, she was still a child at heart with the fear of the unknown engraved within her. At this point, she regretted not bringing Emilico with her.
