Princess Asa/Katia Vajda (Black Sunday)—I couldn’t NOT submit my beloved horror icon to this poll. From the first glimpse of her in this movie, walking her dogs in the stormy woods wearing a cape and gloves (as you do) she is THE vamp. I think this is pretty much the character we base all gothic heroines on, or she just so quintessentially encapsulated the vibes, I think she is.
