Here is an olive green coastal katidid.

This one is a female, check out that huge ovipositor!

Found in a campground bathroom in Red Beach, just north of Auckland, Aotearoa. There were lots of them singing in the bushes all through the campground.

Oh to be serenaded by a choir of katidids...
