there’s no way i can pick a favorite character but i do love tryst A LOT. YES LEENIK TOUCHED THE LIZARD AND I DIED IT WAS SO FUNNY! every interaction between leenik and tony is the best and it’s so good. “that /thing/ is MY SON” killed me. campaign is so good 10/10 everybody should listen to it
God, Tryst is so....... and he only gets better, honestly. When Lyn shows up and he doesn’t have to make any sort of reasonable decisions anymore he just descends further into absurdity and it’s amazing. Like, he still very much makes decisions, but with a Voice of Reason around he can be as stupid and ridiculous as he wants without killing them all. What a mess of a human being. I love him with all my heart.
Like everything is so funny but Leenik touching that stupid lizard is probably the first time I straight-up started cackling out loud. It took me by such surprise.
Leenik is my favorite mom what an inspiration. He is the epitome of “I’ve only known [Tony] for a week and a half but if anything happened to him I’d kill everyone in this room and then myself.”

Connor hands Evan the Sharpie back. Evan moves to put it back in his bag, but frowns when he feels something stuck under the clip the cap. He looks down to see a folded twenty dollar bill tucked under the clip. He frowns and glances over to at Connor. “W-what?”
“Pretend to be my friend.”
Evan blinks. “I— what ?”
“Pretend to be my friend,” Connor repeats, more forcefully this time.
Evan pulls the twenty out from under the clip. “Y-you’re—”
“Paying you to be my fucking friend?” Connor interrupts. “Yeah. I am.”
