Re: your high school reunion, if you don't go, will you wish you had? If there's a chance you will, go, and leave when you want to. Whatever choice you make though, do it for you. Take care of yourself. <3
YEAH that’s a good thing to keep in mind :0 i don’t think i’d TOO regretful if i ended up not going, but. i would wonder about what it would’ve been like. and in general i’m trying to do less of the turns-down-invitations-and-wonders-what-could-have-been thing and more of the just-goes-to-the-damn-thing thing, hahah SO. might as well, y’know? ty ty for the insight <3

Personally I feel like reunions are really neat opportunities most people don’t get to have. It’s a rare event that won’t happen again for a long time or maybe ever, and you get to see how people grow and change. Even if you end up not talking to anyone, just floating around observing is nice. Like a ghost coming to haunt old friends, or a “ten years later” scene in a movie.
GOOD POINT good point! i do like the idea of being a ghost… hovering in the background, drifting in and out, ominously chanting about people’s sins, was i there, was i not there, no one can be sure……..
but yeah nah i feel ya, something like this isn’t exactly an everyday occurrence so why not take advantage of it when it comes around? :0 the worst that can happen is that things are a little awkward and i get a little socially anxious, but. i ain’t gonna see these people again for at least another ten years, if ever, so. no big deal, might as well give it a shot!
