No, exo as in exomemories, exotrauma, exolife, exoreality. Exo as in externally yes, but in a different universe, not this one.
Trick I. has a fully adopted mom, a double of xys canon mom, and the mom who actually raised him in exolife, in BH-4.
She specifies it both to differentiate her from its other moms/momwives and also because the nature of having been raised by her and otherwise being from the same expreality is an indescribably important part of their relationship.
