as lisa vanderpump always said: villa blanca is where you take your wife, sur is where you take your mistress. well, in saul’s case, he took his surrogate niece, phoebe, to rise ‘n’ dine weekly and he took his neighbor, lisha, to the mango tree for brunch. really, saul took any excuse to go out for a meal, rarely cooking anything for himself or bringing a lean cuisine frozen meal to lunch, so he probably would’ve gone to the mango tree with or without lisha. meals were always better with company, however! sitting in their regular booth, saul was partaking in his fourth cup of coffee that day as lisha explained more about her latest philanthropic endeavors. he raised his brow conspiratorially over his mug. “why do i have the feeling you’re about to ask me to open up my checkbook for a donation? you know, i’m still waiting on that free t-shirt with donation from the pollinator partnership.”
