Kaufmo's Character & Personality

Kaufmo was a human before he eventually became trapped inside the Digital Circus. His digital avatar is a Clown. Kaufmo's closest friends were Jax and Ribbit, thus he enjoyed spending time with them. Glitch Productions refers to him as "everyone's favorite jokester." Unfortunately, not much is known about Kaufmo or his personality. According to the other members, he liked to tell jokes and became upset when the others didn't find them funny.

In the pilot, Kinger mentions Kaufmo had been unstable as of late, unable to talk or think about anything other than an exit from the circus. His instability reaches its peak before the trio open the door to his room. Kaufmo had covered the walls of his room with eerie drawings and paintings, reflecting his mental state. Gooseworx said if he hadn't abstracted, Pomni possibly would have been good friends with him, though probably annoyed by his jokes. This suggests Kaufmo may have told jokes excessively, and or, at inappropriate times. Ragatha also mentioned they didn't always get along. However, it's possible Kaufmo was acting more irritable prior to his abstraction, and this doesn't reflect his normal personality.
