[Part 2] I was able to finally login today and do the quizzes and such. I'm going to tell you my process. First I tried registering in the exo-l website, at first with email 1 and later on with email 2, but both times when I tried to resend it would tell me "failed to authenticate, please contact your administrator" So I tried registering directly to Music Nation SMtown (since you are really making the account there and just using it to log into exo-l website)
[PART 3] So I tried Music Nation SMtown and the same thing happened, I wouldn't receive the email, and every time I would try to resend it said error. So I found the post I sent you in Part 1 and I registered for Music Nation SMtown using twitter. Since the email I have for my twitter was email 1 (and since technically I have the account for both email 1 and 2, they just aren't verified) When I had to put in email and password for the account it wouldn't let me use email 1
[Part 4] It wouldn't let me use email 1 since technically it was already in use, so I decided to use my first ever email form when I was a little girl (and this is all for the ID form such as email, password birthdate, since it had already authenticated my twitter, thank the lord something finally authenticated!) So yeah, later I signed into the smtown website to make sure i really had the account and I did, so I went on to the exo-l website
[Part…5? lost count] So I'm in exo-l website, register page and under the email box it says if you're already a member of Musica Nation SMtown click here, and you just click there and it will take you to the login page and you just login with the emial and password you put in the ID form of Music Nation SMtown. This worked for me and for another person I sent this to, and probably for many others since probably it is easier to authenticate twitter or Facebook and you don't have to wait for email
[Part 6] Yeah, that's what I did, I hope I explained well enough for it to be understood. I'd really like it if you could post the link of the url I sent you so that others could also find this alternative to register and login. I found it very effective and I hope you do too. Also when you reach the page where it says I agree terms and then start after logging in, I was told to use the tab button so it highlights the links until it highlight start and press enter, to make sure u r pressing it
[Part 7] Since we never really know if we pressed the buttons or not since they don't react at all (it's frustrating) on MacBooks you hit the alt button ('option' button next to the command button) and tab for the highlighting thing to happen and press enter. At first nothing happened (i did all this yesterday and was only able to finally get in today) so I went to sleep and today i kept pressing enter and sometimes with the mousepad and finally got in.
[Part 8] So I hope this helps you out and again I'd really like it if you posted the url link and maybe the tab thing if you want, since it helped me and another and probably others as well. Anyway I really hope this works for you as it did for me, and yeah. Never give up! Keep on trying. There were so many times i cried out of anger and frustration since I saw that I wouldn't get in, but I never gave up and finally am part of the official fanclub. So keep on trying, FIGHTING! :D
