This works specifically in the tech au with @firecoloredwater (yeah I know,,,, another one,,,)
Okay so 'tech AU' is, among other things, a near-future scifi dystopia and also a nonconventional alpha/omega AU where due to Worldbuilding Reasons (cycling through several different alphas for heats works as birth control) it's common for people to sleep with their friends' or relatives' partners when an omega is in heat, and it’s not considered weird or cheating. Why go through the trouble of finding four or so different people you trust to sleep with + take care of you when there’s a perfectly good, already-vetted alpha right there that you could just borrow for a few days once every year or two?
(Particularly if you, say, have a habit of procrastinating and don’t plan anything until your heat is starting, like Madara, or you already think your brothers’ boyfriends are really hot and are happy to have an excuse for a few days of no-strings-attached sex and being spoiled, like Izuna.)
(Polyamory is also very common and all the cool characters are doing it, but heats usually don’t count as far as this setting is concerned.)
So Izuna has a heat and borrows Kawarama for it.
Problem: Izuna likes dubcon roleplay and exerting 0 effort. Kawarama likes... well, a whole lot of things, but the point is both of them want a dom and neither of them is one
Solution: The cultural norm is that a heat is all about the omega and keeping them happy, so Kawarama will just fake it! He's not into being a dom at all but he's not upset by it or anything so it's fine.
(Also in this AU helping omegas with their heat is Itama's actual job, so the Senju brothers in general tend to be more biased toward the 'it's not for me' mindset than average in-universe because they have all at some point or another asked Itama for advice, and that advice is filtered through it being his job that he is paid for rather than anything to do with a relationship.)
Problem: Kawarama really isn't into being a dom, so he has no real idea of how he would act as one.
Solution: Kawarama will just mimic what he's found hot about his partners! Including but not limited to! Dirty talking, light choking, hair pulling, restraints, orders, manhandling, etc. Very funny bc Kawarama does this with either the emotional reaction of folding laundry or he's thinking of Taka + Meguru. So maybe he's choking Izuna out while reminiscing wistfully about having his own breathing restricted for the privilege of kissing/tasting Meguru (thanks @executeness for that stroke of genius)
New problem: It worked too well! Izuna thought that was very hot and wants to do it again, outside of heat
Solution: Kawarama confesses what he was actually doing, which was his best imitation of a sort of Taka-Meguru fusion (aka Izuna's eldest brothers and pseudo-parent figures)
Result: Izuna shrieks and calls Taka to yell at him for corrupting all the hot alphas. Taka is delighted
In reality Kawarama was not actually that accurate about mimicking Taka or Meguru, partly because he was trying to mimic both of them at once and they're very different, and partly because it's all filtered through his own memory + customized for (Kawarama's best guess at) what Izuna wants. But neither of them know that so Izuna just gets to be Very Mad that he can't ever sleep with Kawarama again because no matter what Kawarama did Izuna would only be able to think about how that's probably something he learned from Taka and Izuna is Not Into That.
Izuna suffers. His life is suffering. It's very tragic.
(And then Izuna goes and seduces Hashirama or Tobirama, depending on timeline and how easy he wants the seduction to be.)
