My #kaween Natalie 🙌🏻 @motheroffivesons This incredible lady (mother to 5 BOYS!!!) has just made breastfeeding cancer her b*tch and is back loving and living life to the max. Nat’s recently gone full gangster and shaved her locks after her first round of chemo but let me tell you that is woman - she is GOLD, with or without hair. So, today I went over to teach her a few tricks she can use on those days where she’s not feeling so hot. I also taught her how to blend her complexion into her hairline so she’s more confident to go “naked”. We bonded over stories of hair loss and meds but mostly we reminisced on the first day we met - YEAR 7 1993. This girl is pure sunshine (she literally lives on Sunshine street people) and I love her more than I can write here. When I got home I thought to myself, this is by far the best job in the world and then this - “I cannot thank you enough. You literally showed up when I needed you the most. I had no idea makeup could make such a difference. I just wanted to say that you aren’t a nuisance at all. you need to vent your feelings and everyone who doesn’t like it is just an ass. there’s no shame in feeling the way you do, and its cliche but the first step really is realizing/voicing it <3
