One wants not to blow out the image with the direct light as well as line up the moving jelly with the sun. Making sure your bubbles don't blow the jelly away is another concern when shooting from below. I'm going to guess that this is Troy Kawahara and Rob Fujimoto the supah divahs from Maui.  This is the famous rubber reef in Kihei, and I have lost lots of ukus at this spot.  Didn't know there was a boat out there.
