Basically sitting on top of each other for hours on end while hiding at Black Veil Island had tempers constantly running high. Today was no different. With Nina and Inej out and about and unable to stop them, Matthias and him had been going at it for a while now, constantly bickering back and forth. Kaz was unperturbed by the little argument; to him, it was simply something to pass the time. Matthias, on the other hand, seemed a little more fired up.
"Is that so?" Leaning forward, Kaz rested his hands on top of the crow's head of his cane, and his chin on top of his hands with a hint of a small grin on his lips. "You're not exactly the most challenging puzzle I've ever come across, drüskelle. In fact, you might be one of the easiest ones I've ever come across."
