He went tweet by tweet through the last few days with screenshots and explained why he said what he said, and what he was responding to. He stated he was not apologising for the tweets regarding his sexuality or his response, only explaining, and he believes those calling him homophobic for speaking out about his sexuality and attraction are the ones in the wrong, not him. He apologised for his private tweets, saying he hasn’t thought about how deactivation could’ve been out of fear of harassment, and said he’d seen at as an unwillingness to stick by their words, but he apologised for saying it. He stated that he doesn’t support doxxing or harassment, and anyone that participated in that is not welcome in his community. He gave a (admittedly poorly worded) reassurance to anyone who had been doxxed, saying that, as someone that had been doxxed, people that weren’t public figures shouldn’t be too worried and should try to ignore doxxing if it does happen, as it’s unlikely to result in anything if you aren’t in the public eye. He restated his condemning of doxxers and harassment. He addressed the BBH mlg edit, apologised for the possibility that he’d included racist imagery in that video (he maintains he doesn’t remember what he put in it, and therefore can’t confirm whether that image was initially in the video, or if it had been edited to incriminate him) and explained that he’d done a lot of things as a teenager he wasn’t proud of, and would continue to apologise for things that he’s done that do not fit his beliefs as he’s grown up. He re-addressed the speedrun cheating scandal, stating that he had no ill will toward anyone that criticised him for it. The remainder of the stream was spent talking directly to his fanbase, explaining that the people who he regularly creates content with are his friends, and regardless of your opinion of them, he doesn’t want them to be sent hate. He continued to say that regardless of whether someone is his friend or not, he wants his platform and his community to be one of love, and condemned hate being sent to anyone, regardless of what they’d done.
