Listen to that crowd cheering. I gotta sing his praises again.C'mere! If you've been following me for awhile. Then you know I love it. When Yonghwa does "the thing" 😄 But this time, after seeing him live. I realized that this is part of his seduction. He spoke in English the entire time. It wasn't perfect but you could feel his sincerity. He talked to his audience. He shouted out NY & NJ. The others only mmentioned N.Y. NEVER Jersey. They gave pretty speeches in Korean. A lot of which couldn't be translated. They talked "at" them. But they didn't talk directly to them. They gave perfunctory performances. Posed. Then left. The other groups never personally interacted with their fans. But Yonghwa did. In between songs. He talked to them. He joked with them. Cheesy lines about the weather. He flashed the beautiful smile . He just oozed personality. Then he sang "Cinderella" and "You're so Fine". He did the Fanservice. Touching them . Holding their hands. Singing to them while looking in their eyes. He was charming. He was flirty. He never stopped moving around the entire stage. He showed P3 mad love. After seeing them be ignored all night. He had them in his thrall. No fancy dance moves. No guitar. Just him and his cute yet sexy self. So before he performed the showstopping number "Can't Stop". He did "the thing " he made us play the "Ssh-Louder" game, with him. It was really fun! But more than that. It puts the battery in your back. It hyped us up even more. And not uzing a mic. Makes him seem more down to earth (despite the point being. If you can hear him. You're not screaming loud enough) Then he sang his favorite song. He held the note. He blessed us with that beautiful smile. We had fun. So he had fun. It's good thing he went last (headliners always go last ). He's truly a hard act to follow. That's my fave. KCon was great guys. I had no real expectations and it really surprised me with how much fun I had. Also I meet so many wonderful new people, that made it even better. I couldn’t have asked for more. The crazy part was I wasn’t even planing on going cause none of my bias groups were performing. All the performances were fantastic though, I was very pleased with every performance so much talent really. I really glad I went, I had a blast (not to sound corny).
