Štajn arhitekti kot pomemben del svojega delovanja vidimo tudi v delu s študenti, ki se pri nas učijo tistih znanj in veščin, katerih na fakulteti navadno ne spoznajo. Na ta način smo se razvili in zrastli mi sami in vemo, kako pomembno je tovrstno znanje in proces dela predajati naprej mlajšim generacijam. Zato z veseljem povemo - letos se ponovno vračamo na Kamfest s precej pomlajeno skupino Štajn. Tako je, pridružila se nam je res izjemna skupina mladih kamniških študentov arhitekture in urbanizma, ki pod mentorstvom prejšnje generacije ''Štajnovcev'', Kulturnega društva Priden Možic, Mladinskega centra Kotlovnica in naših kolegic iz skupine Prostorož v letošnjem letu pripravljajo nov ''Kamfestovski'' projekt.
Poleg projekta, ki trenutno že nastaja v prihodnji kamniški Kreativni četrti Barutana - natančneje v stavbi poznani pod imenom ''ključavničarstvo / šlosarija'', pa bomo organizirali tudi strokovno poletno šolo - poletni urbani masterclass z različnimi gosti s celega sveta. Program bo zanimiv za študente, strokovnjake in širšo javnost. Potrudili se bomo, da bo prenos programa in arhiv dostopen tudi na spletu. Important part of Štajn architects work is teaching students about the knowledge and skills, that they usually do not get at the university. This is the way that we have grown and educated ourselves a decade ago, so today we know how important it is, to pass this experiences on to younger generations. That is why, we are happy to say - this year we are returning to Kamfest with new and much younger Štajn group. That's right, exceptional group of young students from field of architecture and urbanism joined us and at the moment they are designing brand new "Kamfest". Of course under the mentorship of previous generation of "Štajn", Priden Možic Cultural Society, Kotlovnica Youth Center and our colleagues from Prostorož group.
Besides the project that is currently underway in Kamnik's future Creative District Barutana - more precisely in the building known as locksmith workshop – ‘’Šlosarija", we will also organize a professional summer urban masterclass with various guests from around the world. Program will be interesting to students, professionals and the general public. We will do our best to make live video transmission and online vide archive for future generations.
