Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes. 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste for spiciness. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put honey, olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. To make the spicy honey glaze, mix it well. Put pieces of chicken and sweet potato on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other. Making sure to cover all sides, brush a lot of the spicy honey glaze over the kebabs. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To keep them from sticking, oil the grates. Put the kebabs on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the sweet potatoes are soft and slightly charred and the chicken is cooked all the way through. While the kebabs are on the grill, keep brushing them with the rest of the glaze to make them taste better and caramelize. If you want to serve the kebabs right away, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. The chicken and sweet potato kebabs with a spicy honey glaze should be served hot. If you want, you can top them with chopped cilantro or green onions.
