Ingredients: 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 lb baby potatoes, parboiled and halved. 1/2 lb chorizo sausage, sliced. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Put the roasted red pepper, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix them together. To make the red pepper mayo, mix it well. Leave it alone. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the steak, potatoes, chorizo, and red bell pepper chunks on the wet wooden skewers one after the other to make the flavors stand out.
