MORE THAN STICKERS: KeenaPrints’ upgrade to business
Local and small businesses are inspiring, especially when you know the real deal in their starting stories. I personally love supporting small businesses here in the Philippines because I see how these owners value hardwork a lot and how they create impacts in their customers’ lives through their dedication. One of my favorites is of course, my friend’s (not so) small business, KeenaPrints. I’ve been blogging about the shop’s stickers for a couple of posts on my site before and now, I want to highlight the business beyond stickers.
Since Keena is a very talented and creative artist slash entrepreneur, her designs have already expounded for almost a year of me purchasing from her shop. Before, she focuses on her sticker designs but now, she also has become innovative for the needs of planner girls and journaling enthusiasts. Her designs are versatile - KeenaPrints has the stickers for all occasions and emotions - and it was nice seeing them to be placed on other stuff aside from stickers.
As a sucker for washi tapes, my washi tape lover self became really happy when Keena designed for her first washi in 2018. She first designed an exclusive collaboration designed washi tape for a planner group in the Philippines back in 2016 (I think), and for 2018, this is a year for her new washi tapes. I’ve been collecting them since the start of her bundle / collection series, and I really adore her designs and color choices. I use her washi tapes on my planner spreads and journal pages. I even design my devotion journal with her washi tapes.
Speaking of collections, KeenaPrints has released seven Lolita girls series for the half of 2018. That’s a lot, I tell you. Designing them, I believe, was not really easy since you have to be really creative and unique so that the customers will come back to your shop again, and KeenaPrints has proven to be capable of doing so. As of the moment, the KeenaPrints collections include Sweet Lolita, Tea Time, Marble Lola, Chic Lolita, Wizard Wonderland, Cozy Holiday, and Candy Lolita (Candy Lolita will be released today, November 5).
Additionally, KeenaPrints also offers tote bags and pouches, as included in some of the collections the shop has. There are also pouches and coin purses of the original KeenaPrints girls like Keenachi and Wednesday. My personal favorites are the Sweet Lolita tote bag, Keenachi pouch, and Keenachi coin purse.
Lastly, KeenaPrints also sells other stationery accessories for your planners like ring planner dashboards, sticker diecuts, bookmarks, sticker albums, patches, and magnets. Some of these are also patterned to the collections. Of course, let us not forget where it all started - the sticker line!

I’m back with another planner post and this time, I’ll be telling you some ways on how I use my stickers on my planner. I loved stickers ever since I was a young girl but my collection of planner stickers started to bloom only this year. I became so hooked with it that I see to it I buy (little by little) every month! Whenever I see my stash, sometimes I become hesitant to use them because they are all so lovely and even if it is a ridiculous thought, I have to remind myself that I actually bought them to make my planners (and even journals) prettier and more colorful (lol).
Here are some ways on how I use my planner stickers:
1. Monthly spread
Honestly, I wasn’t really fond of using my planners’ monthly spread at first, but when I searched and asked for ideas on how to use them, one idea that was brought to my knowledge is the “monthly highlights” spread. The idea of this is to decorate the daily boxes with what can represent the highlight for the day - for my case, planner stickers. Here’s one of my monthly highlights spread using Keenaprints stickers.
2. Weekly spread
I find it boring when my weekly spread are not decorated, even in the minimalist way. One cure that I did for this was to use planner stickers that are suitable for the tasks / notes that I write in my weeklies. Here’s an example.
3. Daily journal
I obviously want to document everything that is happening to me everyday, that’s why I keep planners. To make my daily record of my life happier, I also use planner stickers to describe the happenings in my life. Take a look on this example:
I love how planner stickers are making my planner girl life easier and less time consuming. Are you also fond of stickers? Let me know!

Finally getting back to normal around here! A new week, a fresh start to be productive — with the power and internet back and running! 😄 As you can see, it’s going to snow again tomorrow, but I’m hoping it won’t stick. Stickers are a great option to speed up your weekly setup. For the days of the week, I used stickers by Jcreas Etsy shop. I used The Modest Cat mini cacti sheet for decoration, and I am loving looking at them! 😍 I’ve been really enjoying adding KeenaPrints stickers to mark something I did, or felt, that day. Don’t forget! Use my code LINDSAY15 at KeenaPrints.com or Etsy for 15% off! 🌸 Is it approaching the new season where you are? Spring IS coming, just not sure when here! 😄 Lindsay aka Lux IG luxinyourlife

Are you a planner person? If yes, then go ahead, read and enjoy as I share my love for planners. If not, then maybe you’ll realize you want to try planning too and achieve your own planner peace 😉 My love for planners started few years ago with having different kinds of planners in 1 year. My hubby in one point said to me: “Do you really need that many?” Hihi! I only answered him with a smile. 😉…
"A goal without a plan is just a wish." . Still in search of #plannerpeace but I think I've slowly warmed up to my @foxynotebook no5 coconut special. I have others, but this one was my first personalized one and will therefore always be special. 💖 .
