hes siorc [fish ppl] minor royalty and faldurs sibling,,he abandoned the siorc kingdom following some family issues  when he was like 17 to go to the surface world, move to morwick and pursue his dream job

so now he works in theatre as a musical actor! he’s very happy where he is, although really, when Isn’t keenos happy. he’s a very happy go lucky guy, if very shy and anxious, and more than a bit overemotional. 

he also has a service daschund called oliver, who has matching bowties with him. theyre bffs
