When Doom toyed around with the heroes of Earth to study their behavior, and learn how to destroy them, he put a few of them within a Western them, there Natasha and Bucky were married to each other, but after Bucky's death protecting Steve, Ms Barnes became the town's protector; unbeknownst to Doom that his actions generated Keeon.
Keeon was brought into reality when all the pocket universes were solved, and with his parents not having their powers or natures in the other world, he was in deed able to be conceived, but when put into the present reality he was created with what makes his parents themselves. Thus he is the son of Ms Barnes and Deputy Barnes, but he is also the son of the Black Widow and the Winter Solder. He inherits the White Wolf alias from his father, earned during his peaceful days.
He is a martial art teacher for the younglings.
Due to the nature and place of his birth, he loves the cowboy aesthetic and the usage of guns that he generates with his powers.
Two different super soldier formulas run through his system, making him the closest and slightly superior to Steve's Super soldier status. He is also capable of manipulating air and through the humidity of air, cold and ice. Through air manipulation he can also control heat and electricity, and fly. Due to his father's werewolf persona, he can transform into a White Wolf with deep gold eyes, and the intermediate beastly statuses in the way.
