oh I see thank you cause I try to ask someone else before but they curse and said I used wrong pronoun and said I'm insulting the sexuality I try to ask people in my language too which is mandarin they didn't know what I talk about but thank you I kinda understand now I never mean to offend so thanks for answering kindly I'm improving on English so now I understand new words
Using the proper pronouns for someone is important, but I speak multiple languages myself and pronouns can be really difficult. If someone is cussing at you for using the wrong one -- get away from them. You can’t be expected to know what someone’s pronouns are and I doubt you did anything to intentionally make them angry. I apologize on their behalf because you deserve better! It’s so amazing you’re learning English and I’m happy to help in any way I can! If you’re unsure what pronouns someone uses, just ask.
