It seems like fall is flying by however, I’m still loving my pumpkins for Thanksgiving 🦃🦃. I had a lot of questions about my blue pumpkins so I thought I’d share how I painted them. I purchased cheap plastic pumpkins and used Duck Egg Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan from @vintagecottage150 to paint them. I also painted the white ones with Old White Chalk Paint. I like the chalky look versus a shiny finish that these Dollar Tree pumpkins had. I like to keep several basic colors on hand to create a finish that I’m happy with. I’m already working on refinishing some Christmas decor that you’ll be seeing soon. 🎄🎄Thanks for the tags Melissa @thefairygodfarmer and Karen @midcenturyfarmhouse for #weadoreholidaydecor and Susan @debowdesigns for #thanksgivingdecortour #fallingforautumndecor #falldecorating #farmhousegoodies #rustneverliestuesday #keepcalmandlovefall #myrustiquefarmhouse #bringonthefarmhouse #athriftyfarmhouse #styleitupdesign #decorweadorewednesday #feelslikehomewednesday #myownhomestyle #sweetsimplehome #whereitcamefromwednesday #mysweetvignette #farmstyledsimple #mydarlingdecor #fallingforallthefeels #mydecoratednest #seasonsfordecor #happylittlefarmhouse (at Birkhead Mountains Wilderness)
