Shannon Cab had a great silky taste, while the aroma of leather, hints of tobacco and plum seemed to bring the wine to life it fell short. Still for the price point not bad juice and I worth addition to the #holygrail menu. Espelt is like drinking something with pure tannin and so acidic it’s undrinkable, now the cheaper of the wines it’s for those that may not know wine yet want to drink 🍷 and not really care what they are consuming.
