EASY PREP DINNER OPTION! • I call it- EASY CHILI • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey (I like beef😋) 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion soup Mix 1 can (16oz) red kidney beans, drained 1 1/2 c water 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce 4 tsp. Chili powder • 1. Brown beef over medium- high heat; drain. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 min. • Serve over rice, or eat stand alone with some cheese for a lower carb option! Make sure you have a big green side salad to complete the meal👊🏼!
