Working with @genelake2 was so fulfilling. I remember the 1st song he worked on for #TLC was #RuleOverMe. He made sure to call and email me to ask questions to get as much details for my vision for the song. I loved the open communication we had. He surpassed my vision for Rule Over Me to the point of me breaking out in tears 😭 the communication decreased only because he managed to capture my overall vision for the next songs I would send him perfectly ie #iSpareYou #Pressure #KeepGoin #IronSharpenethIron.... I look at my songs like their my children, and Mr Gene you took such great care of the ones you blessed by mixing them to perfection on #TLC. Thank you Mr. Lake for your hard work and diligence for helping TLC be a masterpiece with your skill set. Your charity during this project moved me. You understood what most producer artist do not, “it’s about you, its about you and their vision”. Thank you for your humility and allowing me the creative freedom to put forth what the Most High in Christ put in me 😍🙌🏾👑 MHNCBU Brother. @enostheenginear I remember when you sent the 1st mix for #Passover and I was in tears 😭 I asked you to be free on that mix and you did just that with the little you had to work with and certain circumstances that came with that song but yet you made it beautiful nonetheless.
