Twitchy, twitchy fingers. Very methodical, always in time. One two three four one two three four. In twos, have to be in twos. Two eyes, two fangs, four claws... you were put here a while ago when you tried to lop off your own thumbs. You had half a thumb missing, it only served to infuriate your sensibilities even more. 

The sound of a visitor... you look up, up, up, up. Two horns, two eyes, even stitches. A remarkably soothing appearance, despite the terrifying paint that is just... so... perfectly symmetrical. You don't look at the hands, or the fingers. Two hands, too many fingers, uneven. You twitch, claws scraping against the floor as you sit by the wall. The orderlies leave you alone with the tall, terrifyingly soothing troll.
