OKAY SO ABOUT THE KEERANG AMERICAN IDIOT ALBUM.
So I listened to all the songs... I have to say the only songs I actually didn't have a huge problem with were Holiday by the Blackout and Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Holiday was the best cover by far. I was not too crazy about the rest however, I am not bashing those bands. Green Day is Iconic and I applaud them for covering such an amazing band. None of them deserve to be bashed and it is hard to compare yourself to a group as amazing as Green Day, especially when it comes to the American Idiot album.
So I have just stumbled upon this on Radio Today....
An article on Radio Today has shown that Keerang Radio have hired a real dog to present a show for an hour. Keerang have said they will be creating a show for listeners who love rock music and also for listeners who like dogs.
In my opinion this is great for those people but what chance does it leave me with getting a job in the radio industry? If I dressed up in a sheepdog costume and walked into radio 1 would this help? Or soon would radio stations only start employing cats and giraffes as they are cheaper?
Elviss - 'You'll never stop me' Video.
A little blast from my past.
The footage in this video was recorded by random fans of the band. I basically, handed over my dv camera and hoped for the best. The footage is taken from various UK tours, headline, Murderdolls/Stone Sour, InMe, Reuben, and the Kerrang festival @ the O2. It was edited by me on my old rusty pc.
