We are. We're going to write it up in a Word document tomorrow so we can it put into professional wording and send it to consumerist.com. We'll see what happens from there.

I want to know what their customer satisfaction rate is. If that's how they're training their employees, there is no way it's very high. We're seriously considering sending in a report to the national consumer reports website.
