Morning all! Happy Tuesday! It was so bright and sunny outside when I woke up this morning, such a stark but welcomed contrast to yesterday! Even the birds were out and chirping, which had my cat glued to the window watching them. On top there’s pineapple, dried apricots, and blueberries. On bottom there’s rice, turkey kielbasa, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli.

I expect all of you to know despite me saying nothing of it I have been extreemely into sausage making lately, consuming all media and information I can get my grubby little mitts on.

I have finally gotten to make some sausage!! Its a Keilbasa :)

I am very excited to smoke this, more pictures to come if anyone even cares lol.
