I don’t know who I am, but now I know who I’m not.
I’m just a curious speck that got caught up in orbit. Like a magnet it beckoned my metals toward it. Make my messes matter. Make this chaos count. Let every little fracture in me Shatter out loud.

A morning in the shack’s backyard. Or: Keith telling Shiro just how much he loves his white hair. Oh and by now I’m really entertaining the idea of making a post-voltron sheith zine with lots of cacti and the shack. Especially lots of cacti.
This might be a reach, but what if Keith’s dad was a firefighter? Look at the coat on the bed. it looks like one of those firefighter coats, even the color and the stripes match.
What if keith’s dad was a firefighter and died getting burned to death, which would be ironic but also it would be cool since Keith is the guardian of fire. What if their house burned down and that’s why it’s not there anymore. What if Keith’s dad died in that fire? In Krolia’s flashback, you can see there’s a house next to the shack: Keith’s childhood home.
But that house isn’t there in season one when they rescue Shiro for the first time.
So uhhh why isn’t anyone talking about how Keith’s shack was a mini building next to his dad’s house?????
It’s the same building, it’s got the little overhang/porch and the windows are in the same spot.
And the tree is the same too, and you can see the remnants of the fence.
So now the real question is: What happened to the house??
Because even from the angle in the first pic, you should be able to see it, but it’s not there.
Is what ever happened to the house the reason Keith’s dad died?
Also just, it breaks my heart to know for certain that this place did indeed belong to him and his dad, and that he came back to it after leaving the garrison.
Like, he lived at the orphanage for however long, and then lived at the garrison?/with Shiro?? for the rest of that time, until Shiro left and never came back, and then he got kicked out, and the only place left for him was the place he and his dad used to live, but now he’s all alone...
like uuugggggghhhhhhh my heart hurts
“ They head inside and Lance hoists Keith up to rest on his hip, explaining how he’s cleaned up the shack while showing off his work. ”

( Even though the crash happened about a month previous, Lance is still bruised up due to the severity of his injuries… T-T )

Is the shed in the S6 flashbacks the Shack™?
Anyone else wonder if they were the same? Good. So did I.
Here we have the house. Note the mountains in the background.
And here we have the Shack™.
Note the lack of mountains in relation to the shack/shed’s orientation.
So Keith’s shack doesn’t appear to be the shed from his childhood home. In that case, what happened to the house? Was it sold off after his Dad died?
How did the shack come to be? Did someone just randomly have a shack in the middle of nowhere for Keith to squat in? Did Papa Kogane build it to keep an eye on the blue lion/ Galra radio chatter?
