Keith is not okay
Shiro, looking at Keith who is so obviously not okay, his shoulders are drooping, his hair is a mess and there's bags under his eyes showing that he hasn't slept in days: hey Keith are you okay?
Keith: WHAT? Of course I'm okay what are you talking about?? I'm always okay. Gosh I can't believe you're even asking me that! I just- I am offended you would even suggest that I am anything but okay. You know what? Maybe you're the one that's not okay! Just asking me to throw me off aren't you? Ha! Knew it. Check and mate
