I did hear the Sun & Moon anime at least mostly got new writers. Is that true? Because if so, I'd imagine they're just wrapping up whatever they're allowed to wrap up before they decide to completely do things their own way, and that's why Ash won. This is all speculation on my part, but...

I’m not too sure , all I know it will be set on all regions instead of just one, so it seems they might go the Chronicle route, I really believe they might be basing it of Pokemon masters maybe, because a lot of the new merch (Pokemon center) that is coming out are all trainer focused, heck eve the Pokemon trading card this year has a spike of using the trainer characters as promo material

Hey are you guys fans of Steven universe? or know Steven Universe? there are tons of references in SU of Utena and then there is the fact Rebbeca Sugar drew Utena fanart in her college days

We know about Steven Universe, yes, and we have seen a lot of the references in it! I have also heard that it’s not just Rebecca Sugar but most of the production staff that are fans of Utena. That makes me soooooooo happy, you have no idea ❤
