I love Kelly Marie Tran, and I love Rose Tico! Kelly is an amazing human being, and this scene, in which Rose gazes upon the racetrack and remarks on its patrons, was my favorite moment in The Last Jedi. It really meant a lot to me to see someone who looked like my family and me in a Star Wars film, especially in the form of such a lovable and badass woman! The enthusiasm, kindness, and resilience that Kelly and Rose share are inspiring. <3
