LADY VENGEANCE... back in the late 90s / early 00's. Looked up a lot of old 90s comics for the vibes!
Anyway check out her older adventures and back the kickstarter to get the story of her back when she did dress like this.
Finished my first new book hoodie project! I would have thought seventh house would be my jam because I am all about Art and Feeling Sad, but Tamsyn Muir's tumblr sorted me into Fourth so Fourth it is. Also as I was doing this, let me tell you, the amount of times I just kind of eyeballed things and went for it instead of like actually measuring and shit made it pretty clear that her quiz was right.
